Can I claim through Medical Insurance?

We’re registered with all major private insurers. Please check your policy for cover, and if you’re unsure which treatment suits you, our therapists can guide you.

Do you have disabled access?

Both clinics have disabled parking, wheelchair access, and lifts to ensure comfortable access for all.

What Should I wear?

Wear clothing that lets your clinician see the problem area (e.g. vest for neck, shorts for legs). If any removal is needed, it will be minimal, with privacy and a towel or gown provided.

I need to cancel an appointment

Please contact your clinic as soon as possible if you can’t attend. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or amend, as late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged in full.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

It’s helpful if you bring any consultant letters, scan or x-ray reports, and a list of medications you take. If you are using private insurance, please bring your authorisation code

I'm paying for my own treatment. When do I pay?

If you are paying for your treatment yourself (i.e. you don’t have private medical insurance) then we require payment on the day of your appointment.

How do I find Performance Lab Blackburn

Our Blackburn clinic is located inside Blackburn Sports and Leisure Centre.
Postcode: BB2 1LQ

Park in Fielden Street Carpark anytime or the main car park after 16:30 and enter your car registration at reception to validate parking.

Enter via the main entrance, go up the stairs, and at the top take the second door on the left.

If you are unsure, reception staff will be happy to help.

Our Burnley clinic is located inside Fitness Evolution, behind Burnley 6th Form College.

From Burnley town centre:
Drive under the viaduct with the college on your left. At the roundabout, with McDonald's and Asda on your right, turn left. Take the first left and follow the road to Fitness Evolution.

From the opposite direction:
At the McDonald’s roundabout, with McDonald’s and Asda on your left, turn right. Take the first left and follow the road to Fitness Evolution.

Our clinic is located inside the gym. Please ask at reception if needed.
